How come I cannot return my product?Each product is made to order so please be sure to check the sizing charts, if applicable. As our store is a small business right now, we are currently unable to accept the returns as we use different vendors to print our products. Email us with any questions you may have!

How come I have two tracking numbers for my shipment?True Blue HQ is utilizing production companies to assist with creating and shipping our designs. Some orders may arrive in several packages.

What shipment carriers do you use?True Blue HQ ships Domestic US orders by several companies, such as UPS, USPS, DHL. This varies depending on the item(s) you purchased.

What is the Return/Exchange Policy?At the moment, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a graphic issue, please contact us about the issue along with a photo. Our team will make it right! We also do not accept exchanges at this time. Please be sure to review all sizing information carefully to ensure proper size selection.

What are your hours of operation for processing and shipping orders?True Blue HQ processes and ships orders Monday to Friday, with the exception of public US holidays.

What brands of Tshirts/hoodies do you use?We use a variety of Tshirt brands such as Belle+Canvas, Comfort Colors, and Gildan. The type of Tshirt will be listed in the product page along with size chart information depending on the shirt type.

What is the lead time for production?Once your order is processed, it will take around 2 to 6 days to produce and prepare for shipping.
